When we looked North and South we discovered that our competitors in these larger cities use an entirely different marketing strategy: They buy small “tight” inventories – then hold large profits at the store level. At the end of the Summer, they’re out of inventory, and they’ve made a good profit with few leftovers. The reason this works so well, is because all the players in the marketplace play the same game.
Our question is: Why should people in B.C. and Seattle have to pay so much more for decking? AND – why should they have to wait more than a couple of days. The next question was: If they heard about us…would they come?
Last year was our first effort in taking Builders Alliance and our world-beating decking prices and services to the people of Seattle and Vancouver (and all the surrounding areas). The result was hundreds of thousands of dollars in Timbertech and Azek decking sales – and hundreds – even thousands of dollars in savings for the people who came from as far away as Shelton, Washington to North Vancouver. Big smiles everywhere!
Here’s what we hope you will do: Call us or stop by. Lot’s of people from both sides of the border got it done without ever leaving their home. So if it’s going to work best for you, give us a call. By the way, a significant number of people who purchased decking over the last several years has come word of mouth, one friend, one neighbor to another. And boy – we sure appreciate that. So that pretty much describes how Builders Alliance became Timbertech’s number one seller of decking in Western Washington. We buy it for less…we sell it for a lot less…and for nearly a hundred years we've been true to one principle: “If it’s good for the customer, we’re doing our job!”
